Comcast for me also, and I tried 2 browsers, IE11 and Firefox with the same results, all is fine now.

Comcast and Verizon thru my cell phone. Restarted phones, modems & computers. All the usual tricks didn't work.
What are you gonna do it happens! Different browsers.

Where are the DNS servers? Is it part of my router/modem software? Is it part of Comcasts and or TOTV router/server software? Is the smart thing to do for a user is to wait it out until something is restarted?

I'm not a moderator but posted this to help people understand how this all works.

DNS servers are located around the world. The largest 20 are in the US. These are the most popular and busiest.

Consider a DNS server as an index of IP addresses that convert your Talk of The Villages Florida - The Online Community Forum request to an accessible IP address. Any index change must propagate throughout the DNS system, this might take some time. Looks like TOTV changed to a GODADDY hosting service at some time, which will change the indexes.
