Last I checked, we have law enforcement for the other part of your argument....cameras at major intersections, existing on board technology manufacturer installed and other ‘tools’ that are used to that end. You know, it's kind of nice that the police no longer give out tickets. I can feel free to roll every stop sign, never stop at a red light before making a right turn, drive up I-95 at a solid 80 MPH, never having to use my directional signals. Makes life less cumbersome, not having to follow all those overbearing rules. Now you tell me my insurance company wants me to self incriminate. Gees.
