Thats your choice. I believe those lots will be a steal (pun intended). Unless your Wingnut doing drone aerials, I believe there is a wooded buffer between Coleman and the developing parcels. To the OP. Use your rental time to explore all of the villages. You may want new now but you will be amazed at some of the beautiful pre-owned homes many only a few years old. But make your own choice. Everyone has different goals for thier life here...
