We don't need new. We already have the best.

I'm sure the Developer leases to anyone who can pay the rent and stay in business. McDonalds can certainly do both.

OH STOP.

I love McDonalds. Both of our kids worked at the one in West Chester, Ohio, Gretchen as her first employment after school, and Helene as her life long employment. The one there was family owned and very clean. The kids told of having to remove gum under the table and scrub under the table and lysol everything if you got the closing shift.

I have fond memories of not having much dough when we first had a family and one car, and we would go grocery shopping and dinner was at McDonalds and the kids got a toy prize.

AND I'm a gonna tell you once again, before I call in my cousin Vinnie, that the developer will build the buildings and bank the rent when a company wants to build a suitable place. They like people renting their buildings they build. They know like I do that this place is not positioned to support the high prices of the la-de-da restaurants Easterners like to BRAG about. It isn't that lots don't have the bucks, but they are very careful with their money. THAT is how they got here.

My favorite is a quarter pounder with cheese mmmmmmm.

It's only new for the first day. A used car salesman once told me:

"Drive a used car, everyone does."

But there is Wolfgang Pucks, Chop House, Blue Fin for those that do like some la-de-da places to eat....and the good news is they are usually full which means there is a demand and it is growing. I agree that we are all careful with our money, but being careful doesn't exclude some of the nicer things in life unless you are trying to save it to give it away when you die.

Actually, there are some pretty damned good food trucks! I even crossed "The Great Villages Divide" (AKA CR44) a year or so ago for 45 min wait for Cousins Maine Lobster roll (fortunately I had my passport with me when I crossed 44). And if you want the best burger you gotta try FUKUBURGER (umlauts over the Ü) in Vegas Las Vegas's Best Burger | Fukuburger Food Truck and Hawaiian Marketplace

IMO quality of McDs been going down hill for 20 years, especially the buns, dry, old and taste like they were baked month go to me, especially the Big Mac. They must be shipping buns in from China? BK and toxic bell down the tubes also IMO. Just add to my list stake and shake (puck). At least IMO around here. Back when each city use to have bakery’s you would get fresh everyday. I don’t know where they are baking buns now but, it far, far away IMO.

You are correct about the Big Mac buns, they have been selling stale buns for decades, The Big Mac is my favorite and the dry flaking buns ruin it. I used to take them back when I got a stale bun but it happens so frequently I just quit buying them. I don't think they sell a lot of them.
