Given today’s standard deduction, I doubt many itemize their taxes, interest, etc.

Villages Kahuna 05-18-2022 09:13 AM

That is correct. If you choose to walk in the hot Florida temps.

Will63 05-18-2022 09:18 AM

Huh? The amenities fee covers pools and rec centers as well as executive courses. If you ever owned a pool you know the cost to keep and maintain is very costly. And the rec centers are fantastic. Nonsensical post unless you never use any other amenities except the golf. If that's the case, you should play more golf!

We attend a “free” yoga class every week.

A friend of mine goes to yoga classes - she pays $150 a month just for yoga!

Sherry8bal 05-18-2022 09:56 AM

Hey, you can always walk and then there is no cost to you and then golf is actually FREE!!!

SUENRAN 05-18-2022 10:19 AM

Solution!

Don't want to part with $4 a round? Solution then quit golfing and stay home counting your dollar bills.

Why do we pay a trail fee when the residents own the exec courses? Where does the trail fee really go or should I say "whose pocket".

The District now has to pay the developer for the tee time reservation system, so most of the trail fee will cover that.

I would Ham with no bread is useless to me.

After paying the required Amenity Fee, add the Trail Fees of about $144 a year and the free golf ain’t so free. If you play two rounds every weekend the “free golf” costs you almost $24 per round on the Executive courses.

Executive Golf is free if you get a push cart and walk…..

Her choice. She also looks at rather nice landscaping so you might want to include that

The best solution is to not play any golf at all. Zero round of golf. Since you can't divide by zero, the problem goes away.

There always has to be someone that comes on here with false information and tries to stir the pot. I just can’t figure why people insist on being pot stirrers😠
