What is LSL ?

Lake Sumter Landing is one the three squares in The Villages. It is between Spanish Springs and Brownwood in betweenr of Morse Blvd and Buena Vista Blvd. LSL is, by far, my favorite square.

Of course, you are correct about that. The sentiment would be BEFORE being put on a vent. That is the last time before being sedated and unable to speak with the tube in your trachea.

Funny that now the area without the Squares (Finney) has all the entertainment that used to be at the Squares.

Finney grill and Ednas on the Green have regular entertainment. Even Johnny Wild will be playing Ednas soon. It will be packed.

Seriously?

The mistake is not going on with life. If you do not wish to go to the squares, don't go. You can stay home which will also decrease the crowds. If you open one square there will be a crowd, opening all will keep people spread out more.

Just checked Johnny Wild's website and sure enough......you are correct. If TPTB are allowing this band to play Edna's and the place will be crowded. Then there is no reason why they are keeping the squares closed to entertainment.

Apples and oranges. No comparison between Edna’s and The Squares. Not even close.

Bars are open in Brownwood. Thought they were open in all of The Villages?

Johnny Wild will bring the crowds. That is the point I was trying to make. I'm aware Edna's as a venue can not compare with the squares.

Why would it be a "certainty" that the COVID suggestions would be violated by people because they are younger ? Maybe I misunderstood the inference, but does seem that perhaps younger folks who go to work, school, college daily would (on the average, nothing is ever certain) probably be much more inclined to follow the health guidelines and suggestions because they are far more used to them than retirees. Just seems like that group would be far more likely to do most of the "suggestions", but, you never know. Like everything else, each person has to assess their own susceptibility, fear level, and determine what activities they choose to participate in.
