ALL OF US in TV should have lower rates than normal due to the cameras at every gate (good security). Courtyard villas with walls around 3 sides should have even lower rates due to that added security. The increased usage of home security cameras/ring-type doorbells should reduce our rates also. Why are we rated the same as homes outside of TV when we have all of these special protections?
