Egyptian cotton sheets year round.
72 degrees at night, sleeping with a sheet and light blanket. I get up several times a night so in the 5AM range, I bump it back to 78 degrees. The temperature doesn't change that much in a couple of hours. I am not a fan person as I don't like a wind blowing on me. I never said I was normal. BTW - Sitting on a block of ice gets me cool right away.:D |
since i'm single during the hottest part of the year i only date frigid women.....

In Florida, we go for a swim in our pool before bed and put the A/C to 73. Up north when it is hot, we open the slider and the skylights to let out the heat, take a cold shower before bed, and put on both the ceiling fan over the bed and a couple of oscillating fans pointed at the bed. With the exception of only a couple of nights per year, that is all we need for a good sleep. Since we live in a log home up north, there is no duct work, so no A/C, but we really don't need it.
