It appears that hardly ANYONE bothers to read prior posts.

Ace Hardware, we use them all the time. Don’t damage your siding.

I would suggest that you go to ACE Hardware before screwing anything into the siding. They sell a simple hook designed to hang items on your outside walls. Be aware that there are two different versions of the hooks. Only one worked on my siding. (Ace was good for the return.)

I bought something recently and I took it with me to Ace Hardware and they helped me find the correct product to hang it on my Vinyl siding. I would not suggest putting a nail into your siding.

You can buy clips at Lowe’s.

We use these too! They work perfectly and do no damage. You can even move them to use in another area.
