Good to see eggflation subsiding in Florida. Unfortunately, in my twisted home state of Massachusetts there is a law that requires all eggs sold in the state to come from chickens with crate and cage free housing. Eggflation is permanent in the commonwealth. Fortunately for us our neighbor has chickens, so when we are up north we get all the fresh eggs we can eat for free.

Correct

$2.41 ÷ 12 = 20 cents per egg

$9 ÷ 18 = 50 cents per egg

Small, medium, large, extra large or jumbo??? Jumbos can be 2x the size of smalls hence the price differences.

Yes last week the box crossed the road to get to the other side.

BTW few days ago those eggs over $ 3 at Aldi.

Well, someone is stuffing their pockets & it’s not the farmer or truck driver. I think we all know who that is?

billethkid 03-05-2023 09:45 AM

Two dozen eggs at Sam's Club the last month or so...$5.46.

Stampede for eggs. With the options available....no reason for it!
