May I suggest you NOT call Community Watch. If you do then they must tell you to conform to the letter of the law and not its intent. No-one wants a unit parked in the street or their neighbor's driveway for an extended period of time, however most of us would not be bothered by it for two or three days while you are moving in. Hopefully, some of your new neighbors will come over to help you.
As for the Community Watch, it is much easier to beg forgiveness than ask for permission. Never ask a question unless you are sure that you want to hear the answer.
