Agree, but, how do you know what offends you until after you have seen or heard it? Like people who say "I hate that food", but have never tried it.
And, the OP is just a troll.

This thread proves that TOTV posters will discuss anything, even a movie that doesn't have a title.

I recently read a book that was great, but I won't mention the title or the author. Did anyone else read it?

I am half way through the book, great book by an equally great author,, oops! "Washington A Life " Ron Chernow

I thought the OP was talking about a preview?

Agree

Sorry, I agree that the trailers should be clean. Comedians too. I believed that even as a teenager.

Relative to the comment about people discussing just about anything...:

Simple, controversy sells. ToTV probably loves the clickbait for their algorithms which then generates ad revenues. See it all the time. It also equals Infraction clickbait for certain types of posters, see that all the time too.

Interesting too is that if I am not mistaken if you look at the actual location for ToTV it is in South FL, no where near T V.

I think the rule is that, if the feature movie is rated PG, then the trailers cannot be rated R.

Looks like clickbait to me. Why share this?

Just finished binge watching “Outlander” that series would shock the OP.

The books are even better!

I would never go to a movie theater where I might be exposed to offensive content. The world is such a vulgar place and I am ashamed to live in the filth and mire of our crude society. I will just stay home and read my bible and pray for the world.

Episode of Seinfeld, much ado about nothing!

I have to agree, after all, why not name the movie and why not return to the thread ?

And that's another way to go, I suppose. In all fairness, we do live in "The Bubble":1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

Walk out and ask for your money back. That’s what my wife and I did on the movie Dirty Grandpa with Robert DeNiro. You have up to 1 hr I was told

Must we ALL tolerate the gutter?

We attended an Old Mill Theatre movie last night and extremely offended by the filth that was throw in our faces. Some coming attractions are bad, but this was the height of obscenity (I think it is called Dumb Money). Having to be held hostage to such constant profanity for 5 minutes made us sick at heart. I would think the Villages' majority would not even think of going to this movie and being accosted for 2 hours, yet it has landed here. How very sad. And even if possibly someone would want to see this, it is morally reprehensible and unfair that we have to sit through this unwanted assault. I earnestly would ask the theatre to remove this film. I pray it is boycotted by the decent here and it is soon gone.

Guess if you didn't like the replies from yesterdays, just open another thread?
