Mildew
 

I live in a CV and by the end of winter, because the sun is so low in the sky, the walls have a green tint ( mildew ) on them . I mix a couple cups of bleach and water in a pump sprayer ( and old clothes of course) and wet down the walls with a fine mist. All green mildew gone in a few minutes. I have a lot if plants as well and never had any damage to them. Takes less than 10 minutes. No pressure washing needed.

I did my own house for FREE & it only took me about an hour & fifteen mins. with very little rubbing.

What is it then if it’s not mold? Look like green mold that grows on the side of trees to me. It’ll come off with just plain water but plain water it’ll be back in about 2 weeks. I bought something at Home Depot that was a a mixture of some chemicals & bleach. It got rid of it & never came back. Believe me it was the same mold that on trees!
