Bad marketing strategy. Stores need you to check out items that you usually wouldn't look at. By changing aisles and floor plans, they get you to explore of the store and do more impulse shopping.

If I can’t find an item that is not where it was the last time, my only goal will be to find that item and absolutely not care about any of the items I pass by on my way there. But, that’s me.

There was a time when we were traveling and playing a lot of dominoes that my husband said he could walk into any WalMart blindfolded and find the aisle with the dominoes.

I was just kidding about "what I want"

Actually it's inconsequential and a petty thing to complain about.

Are you counting the 50 parking spaces on the sidewalk in front of the store where the lazy entitled people seem to park like everywhere else in The Villages.

And let's not forget the covered space on the right side of the store for people to drive under to pickup online orders; the privileged/entitled will park there and go in the store.

Where is this happening?

With all due respect, where is this happening? It's not true in my part of the planet and certainly not in The Villages.

I don't know one person that orders groceries online and no one I've talked to knows anyone that orders groceries online. Maybe someone saw a movie about someone ordering online and it's now etched in their mind that it's reality. 80%, I don't think so.

Yep in the villages and up north house and send to my parents. I don’t even have to make a list. Alexia keeps my lists separated free ship, one and done. Our meat comes from splitting a cow. Most Fresh veggies from my container gardens.

my parents love this, who are mid 80s. If you stop in most of our local grocery stores you will see a lot of shoppers but they have an extremely large cart in front of them and are shopping for at least 12 people at a time. Some of the groceries are shipped out within two hours and some prefer to pick it up. I can’t imagine wasting a couple hours to grocery shop for cans or paper products when somebody else can do it for me. After all doesn’t take rocket science to pick up probably 80% of your groceries it’s just time out of your life you don’t need to spend. At first my parents said it was a younger generation since all of my kids shop online for their groceries but now that they have been acclimated to online grocery they’ll never go back to driving to a store.

Take a look at when you go to the grocery store 80% of what you pick up doesn’t take much thought process. It might just be the younger generation doesn’t want to waste time but reality is there a lot of people online grocery shopping you just don’t realize it
