I'm not so sure about the "good job"..from a technical standpoint, i.e., systems they appear to have it down pat. However, a "good job" means good communications and they haven't really done that. Perhaps they wanted a "soft opening" but by limited communications, they wind up sowing confusion. You can see it in the starters and even by reading this thread completely. We only knew because someone on our street found it on-line and sent it our street email list. We got our appointment and got our new ids in less than 10 minutes. The new golf id numbers are randomly generated by the system and update that night so there isn't much inconvenience except having to notify everyone about our new ids and committing them to memory. Those who plan to keep their old ids will be making appointments after March 15th next year because they are invalid after that date. Best just to call customer service and get an appointment and get it over with. A new id is no big deal and hopefully will keep out the non-Villagers from using our facilities. :beer3:
