I would doubt gate closure as that would effect emergency access by fire and emt departments.

The Courtyard Villas on CR466 I suspect will take a $$$ on the minus side.

Lady Lake politicians clearly are clueless, I can only imagine what the backups will be like especially westbound at the traffic light making a left turn onto Morse Blvd going to Sumter Landing.

Likewise Eastbound @the traffic light going left onto Rolling Acres Road getting to CR441/27. Good Luck.

That's what the buffalo were saying when they saw Gary Morse across the field with his surveyor?!

Looks like somebody has seen the light. It's about the increase in traffic and NOT who is living in this new development.

Water problems

Water problems, I’ve been here 14 years about six years ago I believe they were concerned about not having enough water for the villages. We were put on water restriction. What the heck is going on now. I guess there’s no water problem. About 30,000 homes in Fenney are being built. Along with apartments and condos

how much traffic can upset your lifestyle? do you use a golf cart? during which hours do you travel most? is it worth leaving the villages, & how does someone guarantee the amount of traffic on any road @ any given time?
i have so many more important things to worry about, traffic is last on the list.

It's OK that they cut our grass, clean our homes, serve our food at the restaurants and haul our garbage, just don't live too close to us.

so neighborhood watch could stop them . We could put leather jackets on the watch people and when they stop those people they would say , Your Papers Please

the villages is building a very big family area south of 44’including a school

of the state and the whole southeast because of a serious drought and it was only outside water for homes ,

Double Ditto. The traffic in TV at its worst isn’t anywhere near as bad as what I experienced in the Detroit suburbs everyday traveling to and from work.

High density development going on every where in and near TV. Hoping for the best, but never saw anything get better once it got popular and bigger.

Nobody asks a wallflower to dance.

Same story everywhere in the world. People move and then want to bar the door behind them, decrying subsequent population growth and development.

There are trade-offs in life, right? I once moved from San Diego to a small town in North Dakota for a job, and "traffic" was maybe four cars during rush hour. Did that peaceful pace make up for the things I missed in California?

The Villages is an optimal mix of trade-offs for us.

$800/month for a ONE BEDROOM APT ain't so cheap for "low income" housing. LOL, I'd love to know what some folks around here consider a "low income."

There is another one behind Lowes on 441. It is beautiful. I saw the model and it is VERY nice. If I were working around here I would enjoy living there.
