Not sure why all the remarks. Does not matter where in The Villages you live. Are you happy where you are? I know I am. If not then move remember the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence. But when you look closer you realize it's the same as yours weeds and all. Be happy. Be safe. Pray.

Coleman and Sumpterville will be the next commercial corridor, tons of commercial land. Also I would expect Leesburg to add more commercial enterprises as they have a ton of land that will be next to TV. There have been a lot of commercial parcels along Warm Springs where the small older homes are located that have been sold for commercial development, a gas station with mini-mart is going in at the intersection of 301 and Warm Springs and there there is the commercial land owned by the villages east of the Turnpike off Warm Springs. Lots more available that I didn't mention including the west side of 501.

I hope they leave Warm Springs alone.

It's all zoned commercial so you can expect a lot of small businesses along there in the near future. Two medical buildings have already been announced to be built on Warm Springs west of the entrance to Marsh Bend and east of 301..

They have high hopes that their area will provide a vision of forward progress for the next 20+ years. As a resident that lives south of 44 posted on one of these threads, if you're not living there, or are not planning on living there, why do you care and she concluded with leave us alone, we love it here.

The future retirees south of the turnpike will be less vapid and ignore old dull traditions and superstitions thank to the younger generations being Internet savvy/worldly. They will demand more "Enlightened" entertainment like Casinos and Strip Clubs...Maybe even swim-up bars at the community pools...They could call them "Drink-n-Drown" :)

I heard they will build it just north of the prison.

Where to begin?

MEbner2805 10-20-2020 06:54 PM

Yes but that’s years away. The homes in that area of it will be lucrative to buy on Hawthorne village.

MEbner2805 10-20-2020 06:55 PM

LoL 😂 😂😂😂

MEbner2805 10-20-2020 06:58 PM

Yeah the future of more drunks passed out on morse Blvd, drug addicted problem kids living with parents, and very unruly people who refuse to follow the simple rules here! That’s not going to be forward progress if you ask me! I am 58 and avoiding it! People around me behave respectfully!

MEbner2805 10-20-2020 07:04 PM

Yeah homes much closer and no grass or trees is the model! Yuk X 100! Very unruly people down there too and drunks passed out on morse Blvd is not a good look for modern progress! LoL I have seen too much already....
