I don't mind the little babes on the edge of my lawn, but don't come with a retractable leash and cute puppy is in my flower beds and bushes, because I'm going to spray the human with a hose, and of course, I'll pet the puppy dog ! Definitely not their fault that they have a bad owner !!! Just sayin' :D

The people that do that are wrong for sure. I use retractable so that I can keep it at 1-2 feet if need be. Otherwise it is kept at about 3-4 feet.
