Yep, reminds me when I was in Budapest many years ago. The “Pizzaria” asked me, “What kind of jam would you like as your topping?”

Art cov 06-26-2021 08:01 PM

While heating some oatmeal, cut a slice of pizza in small pieces and add blueberries and bananas and wow! Even the grandkids will love oatmeal! O by the way, always heated

Reiver 06-26-2021 09:44 PM

I know, it is a rare bird indeed :)

Rosebud1949 06-27-2021 04:51 AM

OH YUK !!!! No wonder folk are tetchy in the mornings hot or cold Pizza for Breakfast !!!.... A Y chromosome trait mostly, but laziness more likely. Explains so much. Like Eating cold meat and onions for breakfast too. But lets not bring nationalities into it !!!! Or maybe we should.....

Leadbone1 06-27-2021 04:56 AM

Hot, but in an oven, not microwave!

GOLFER54 06-27-2021 05:13 AM

Sausage its own.

She says pizza can be eaten anytime but it has to be hot, however, if it is leftover it needs to be heated.

So, which of us is right, enquiring minds want to know

Pizza Cold for Breakfast

Foxmaxg56 06-27-2021 05:17 AM

Pizza Cold for Breakfast Always

La lamy 06-27-2021 05:26 AM

Pizza can be eaten at any time and at any temperature in my book. Reminds me, I'm due!!

Mrodmh 06-27-2021 05:32 AM

It’s hard to understand why one or the other must be wrong. Seriously? No one’s opinion is going to make me change what I like. To each, his own. The real debate is how the toilet paper is hung.

That toaster must have alot of melted dried cheese imbedded in it. Hot, cold, who cares. Its what you like

kendi 06-27-2021 05:46 AM

Boomer, I don’t know about that fart theory of yours. You sure gave me a nice belly laugh. Was laughing so hard when reading my husband couldn’t understand what I was saying

J1ceasar 06-27-2021 05:59 AM

My house .

J1ceasar 06-27-2021 06:01 AM

In the back of my mind this question was posted quite a while ago but since you're asking I can kind of agree that your wife is right no matter what your answer as I have found after 44 years, whatever I say is ignored.
Hey aren't you old enough to be out of college by now there's no reason to eat it cold in although occasionally I would do enjoy it that way.. by the way the proper way to truly heat it up and I like the toaster guys idea if I had a toaster oven anymore, is to put a few drops of water on a fry pan put your pizza on top of that and give it a good 5 minutes, that way the pizza stays crusty compared to putting it into a microwave. Enjoy your pizza and personally I prefer pepperoni or cutting up some onions peppers and tomato and making my own on a store Pizza

Mrjersr 06-27-2021 06:24 AM

Let me ask my wife.

I don't understand? The debate over toilet paper hanging? Obviously over the top and down the front. - duh.

That looks interesting, I will have to try it!

But then it wouldn't be left over.

But really, breakfast is a state of mind. So neither of you win. Or you both do.

(I prefer cold spaghetti to leftover pizza.)

matandch 06-27-2021 06:44 AM

In some places in Pa there’s pizzas that are made to be eaten cold. ie. Longo’s and Senapes in Hazleton and Tomato Pie in Norristown/Lansdale.

Toaster oven, not toaster. Although I've seen a meme where the toaster was turned on its side to heat pizza.

asianthree 06-27-2021 07:14 AM

Pizza from our pizza oven is just right, But using pizza oven for left over pizza doesn’t doesn’t work well.
We like ours Crispy hot, one very large fry pan, cheese side down first, soon as cheese and toppings start to crisp, pick up the pan flip, no spatula needed, and brown the crust. Our household Doesn’t matter what time of day, this morning got home at 3:30a. Hot veggie pizza from the Pan, at 3:40.

Kerry Azz 06-27-2021 07:18 AM

Cold pizza No.a great breakfast meal yes”heated

NewJerseyCop 06-27-2021 07:19 AM

Pizza

Having been married once to a Sicilian born beauty in NJ.....they rarely made or ate pizza. But when they did and it was left over (rarely left over) they ate it for breakfast any way they wanted to. Me? I prefer to heat it up in the toaster oven for a few minutes to warm it.

Oh......and just for your information.....it's Sauce and NOT Gravy! If you think otherwise....you New Yorkers should Google why the Irish made you call it Gravy. Anyway.......I've never seen a grocery store with tomato sauce in the gravy isle. Have you??

Duppman 06-27-2021 08:00 AM

After the original cook, it's called used pizza, only to be consumed by teenagers.

nyjets53 06-27-2021 08:11 AM

The cold pizza rarely survives to the morning, at 3am cold pizza is great

coralway 06-27-2021 08:12 AM

Irregardless of the debate, she will always be right, and if you’re smart you’ll agree with her. Kinda surprised you haven’t figured that fact of life out yet.

Jimmy R. 06-27-2021 08:17 AM

Very rare to have leftover pizza 8n our house , but hot or cold works for me.

Sadly, this is too true, and my waist line can attribute to the truth of it.

Charlie'sDad 06-27-2021 08:29 AM

Leftover Pizza ?

Who has leftover pizza???? We never order enough.

When my boys were of age to drink, in those days it was 18, whenever asked what they wanted for their b'day dinner, it was always pizza & beer.

Works best with a Sicilian margherita pizza and a single fried egg. The yolk makes such a yummy combination.

Velvet 06-27-2021 08:45 AM

The toilet paper IS related to the chromosome. Y stands, easier to pull up, X sits, more convenient to pull down. Since Y sometimes sits …. But the real test of a gent, in my book, is the toilet seat, and does he use the butter knife even when nobody is watching?

Solomon would cut it in half and let each do what they want with their piece.

AH! brings back memories, my wife really misses tomato pies.

condomom22 06-27-2021 09:20 AM

For breakfast, cold pizza is the best!. Other times I warm it up in microwave or oven.
