It took over two months after closing for our home to show up on the property appraiser website. Almost al of the homes on phase one of Spanish Moss Way are sold and only 3 show up on that site so don't put much faith into that source of information. If you want an accurate count go to the sales office and look at the display you can see all of the homes and lots that are sold. There are only a handful of Vilas left in phase one and a bunch of them are already sold in phases 2 and 3 along with a handful in phase 4 which just opened recently.

My mother didn’t speak too highly of the party line. Anyone could pick up and eavesdrop on a neighbor.
