Are there random shootings? Certainly . But more often something occurred prior to aggravate the individuals.

Road rage is just one example. It does occur against pedestrians too. Where did those shooters on foot run off to? Possibly a car parked elsewhere.

May not have been road rage at all but some other incident.

Point is we don’t know if this was a random act.

I am still surprised at the replies made to someone posting information. It is getting to the point where you can't post anything without someone disrespecting the person.
