She pointed her finger and said apparently you dont know how to listen. Wow, how rude. We are so concise of all things. I ha e never been spoken to that way. So, please be nice to one another. Shopping used to be a joy for me, but not so much now

Yes, it is a whole upside world now. Everyone is stressed and worried about the future.

But if they're still gone, that's why. The cashier could have mentioned it to you if it was an issue - he did to me when I went to put my stuff there a week ago. I apologized and picked my stuff back up again, no big deal.

As for wearing your mask "wrong" well - wearing a mask isn't required at Aldi's, so it really doesn't matter if you were wearing it correctly or not, there.

Ali needs to communicate that belt thing with a prominent sign there.

Well, there you go. The OP was in err for loading her groceries on the belt before the previous customer's order was completed. Many posters before this post have claimed there are no signs. Wonder why that is.

If she was in error, then it is up to the management to inform her. I couldn't care less what some old hag on line had to say.

I agree...kindness is so critical. I’m afraid we’re seeing & will continue to see more unkind behavior for the time being. People react quite differently to to fear & stress...often negatively. I’m pretty sure that’s what you experienced ...took the the form of bullying. This is not your fault. You are a kind person. This will eventually go away. Remain kind... we all need it.

Since none of us were there, we can't be sure of what actually happened. Maybe that lady was actually being pleasant, but the OP simply did not like what she had to say. I bring this up after looking at the post history of the OP. Seems to run into a lot of rude people.

LOL. I'm actually starting to miss the Costco & dog poop threads. SO MANY angry people these days.

I was at Publix and the man in front of me and I were wanting in the same area. I was patiently waiting for him to move. Another woman came up behind us and wanted to pass. I move my basket up so she could pass and walked about 6ft back to get the items I wanted. She sternly scolded me that I was going the wrong way. I explained that I was moving a few feet back so as to not inconvenience her. She then continued to reprimand me that the aisle were clearly marked and I was not complying. Again I said it was for her convenience and she again told me it did not matter because I was going the wrong way even if my basket was going the correct way, I was walking wrong. Oh well!

Did you stuff her in the freezer so she could chill out???? Under the circumstances I would consider it an acceptable option:1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

There are helpful foreign language replies for the next time that happens.

Option 2: Don't listen to her, don't even acknowledge that she exists. Just completely ignore her and do what you were doing. If she persists, a simple "I don't respond to morons" should shut her up.

But I'll keep your experience in mind the next time I pass the item I want and back up 2 feet
