I'm using the old version, and it doesn't have a reply or a reply with quote button. But, it does have a red bar at the top of the page that says that I am using the old design.

Clicked 'Forums-Todays Posts' and low and behold at the bottom of page as 'Click here' to use old version was back.
No idea how long it will remain, but it was nice to meet an old friend again!

A tip of the hat to management, for being smart enough to bring back the option for the old version. "New" is not always better.
