Second, when the rec centers want to shut down poker because of the gambling their justification is you can't gamble in Govt. owned buildings in Florida. This also indicates the rec centers are owned by a CDD.

There might be a "property of Jacobs" sign on the dumpster or there might be Jacobs advertising on the dumpster but the dumpster was provided for use by the rec center. Rec center rules would apply and ALL we have to go on so far are multiple reports that the rec center has said it is ok to use the dumpster for the small amount of trash described in this thread.

Not a massive amount of trash, typically a day or two, since trash is picked up twice a week...
