[quote=hope2soon;553472]I noticed that when I was visiting. I saw a lot of plants in the landscaping that are Florida friendly and not usually known outside of native plant groups. I was impressed that they were using them.[/quot

One thing is certain and very obvious, the Developer is very sensitive to water useage as development continues to the south. If you really look closely, you'll see that further south in TV, the ratio of buildings and non-water using development is greater than in the northern part of the community. The Developer is making driveways wider, lots a bit smaller, and is using very much improved landscaping with regard to the need for irrigation.

HEY WAIT. We have that in our NEW VILLAGE of Laurel Valley and they do too at Haciendas of Mission Hills. We are both brand new villages too and right smack dab on 466 which is kinda in the middle. So it isn't just the southernmost parts.
BUT they have always done that. They do a GREAT JOB!

I LOVE the landscaping that came with our house.
