For a while it was no harm done as most of the homes built across from the P&P were not yet occupied. Now many are but it doesn't stop some from parking up and down in front of those homes. The Sugar Cane pool is not that far away and is where you are supposed to park if you want to go to Putt and Play. It's not that far of a walk and I've never seen that parking lot even near full. It seems to me that if you have the strength and energy to play the course, you can muster up enough to walk from the pool and back.

That's part of the mindset I think - how can I improve my personal situation on a technicality (at best)? Parking may be allowed on the side of the street. But it seems to me that the spirit of that is that you do so if you are visiting the residence you are parking in front of. How would these people like it if multiple cars were parked up and down their street day in and day out so that the people could be nearer something that was across the highway or around the corner? The irony is that the people that do these things are the very ones that get bent out of shape when something similar effects them. I can tell you, for sure, that parking on the street on Fenney Way is not allowed because the cart paths go down both sides, and it is just that, a cart lane, not a parking lane. And on the side streets across from the Putt and Play, I have seen portable signs put out that say no parking, but they are not there all of the time.

I think the Palmetto example has been debunked. Is there other executive courses that come to mind that parking lots are not a reasonable distance away ? I have looked at a map and could not find any but I'm not that familiar with all the new courses south of 466A.
