That's part of the mindset I think - how can I improve my personal situation on a technicality (at best)? Parking may be allowed on the side of the street. But it seems to me that the spirit of that is that you do so if you are visiting the residence you are parking in front of. How would these people like it if multiple cars were parked up and down their street day in and day out so that the people could be nearer something that was across the highway or around the corner? The irony is that the people that do these things are the very ones that get bent out of shape when something similar effects them. I can tell you, for sure, that parking on the street on Fenney Way is not allowed because the cart paths go down both sides, and it is just that, a cart lane, not a parking lane. And on the side streets across from the Putt and Play, I have seen portable signs put out that say no parking, but they are not there all of the time.
