LOL, Nothing at all , Except that all 3 live here and all 3 first names start with a "J". That must mean something..

J.R., 61, a resident of the Village of Virginia Trace,
J.H., 72, of the Village of Palo Alto
J.K., 63, Village of Monarch Grove

It will be interesting to see their outcome.

Three Republican voters in a retirement community have been arrested on charges of casting multiple ballots.

Jay Ketcik, Joan Halstead and John Rider, all residents of The Villages have been apprehended by police for voter fraud. Ketcik, 63, allegedly voted by mail in Florida last October 2020. But according to another ballot, Ketcik also voted in his home state of Michigan, court records indicate. Joan Halstead, 71, was arrested two weeks ago for allegedly voting in Florida last year but also through an absentee ballot in New York. John Rider, 61, was earlier this month arrested on suspicion of casting two ballots, though the details of his arrest are not fully known. Prosecutors have indicated that Rider submitted ballots both in Florida and in another state

Actually, according to the Villages-News…John Rider….” He is registered as a voter with No Party Affiliation in Sumter County”

Unfortunately voting doesn’t matter anymore anyway

Three Voters

These people show us it’s not what they do, it’s what they are…..that is the real problem.

Does anybody believe that there was only three incidences of voter fraud that occurred in an election where over 11 million votes were cast? And all in one county?

The main point is that Sumter County may have the most honest government in the state.

rustyp 12-18-2021 06:40 AM

7 million plus three. I'm running out of fingers and toes.

DIRTYSECRET 12-18-2021 07:11 AM

Good to know the only place cheating happens in TV.

Funny how they can only find them when they want to find them, isn't it?

There was another article in the papers and lots of mention on TV (television) about The Villages Monday, Tues & Wed. . Three Village folks (doewsn't seem to be any connection between them) arrested for voting twice in the presidential election complete with names and photos. Their duplicate votes were not counted because the system worked as it is supposed to. . The latenight folks have been having a blast with it. Sadly another black mark for The Villages despite it was only 3 who got caught. Colbert's show Wed night monologue had a couple minutes on "life in The Villages." Funny and sad but true.

Maybe they got mixed up and thought it was a lottery. Shame some always try to beat the system. Or perhaps these were the only people that were alive who voted twice?

Wilson02852 12-18-2021 07:51 AM

Read the article???

You must be kidding. No one wants the facts or investigates the story so they can make up their own mind. They want some biased journalist to tell them what to think.
