No the biggest problem would not be sanitation. We do have over 110 pools here right? No, the biggest problems would be its huge popularity and outsiders trying to get in.

No the downside to your suggestion is the distance to get there. The cold water in those streams and the alligators along the way. A small lazy river for seniors with a slight current connected to a swimming pool is very doable.

I sure hope it wouldn't include allowing flyboards that are seen in the picture. Those things are SO noisy and crazy dangerous.

That rendering looks like it's some sort of show being put on.

Riding on a tube down a lazy river pool over 90+ degree water temps. is not acceptable. A chiller MUST be part of original construction.:duck:

MORE windmills.

What a novel idea, a windmill that actually works?

How about an expansive RESORT STYLE DEEP swimming pool you can dive into and swim at your hearts content? Sign a liability waiver form at the entrance (fee?).. The existing, small cramped, shallow swimming pools are not all that enjoyable, IMHO....

The AAC should definitely build a lazy river. They could use the profits made from their re-opened Katie Belle's.

Connected to a swimming pool. That would definitely be a lazy river.

Can you imagine all of the noise smell and pollution associated with running jet ski engines(these engines have the same exhaust systems as our carts) in what appears to be an oversized chlorinated pool. We do not even have power boats in some of the big lakes in TV. How many Villagers would use or be able to use these?

It would also be cool to have a golf cart race track so those interested can modify a spare cart for speed and stability. Would be a good spectator sport too. Could call it the Villages NASCART races...

We already have golf cart race track, the MMP and diamond lanes…..:duck:

There may be liability problems since some people here would get stuck in the river.
