Difference between rat and squirrel easily identified by the tail. Rats have no fuzzy tails and squirrels are rats with fuzzy tails. :icon_bored:Rat is rat is rat! Either way!

Good morning sunshine.

Possibly color coded to address directionally challenged villagers. If the signs were posted prior to entering the tunnels, it might help drivers alleviate turning the wrong way. As far as the palms, the "hula skirt" look might be okay; however, the other on trimmed trees can be dangerous. One person hit with a dead frond and injured shouldn't be the determining factor for trimming. Palm rats do nest in fronds that have not been trimmed close enough.

Surely you have seen the vegetation being trimmed along our roads. It is trimmed on a regular basis. If you spot something that is being neglected give District Property Management a call,
