Really, it is considered a biohazard

A Postal Service spokeswoman said the U.S. Postal Service prohibits sending feces through the mail except for medical or veterinary purposes, and in those instances the samples must meet rigorous packing and labeling requirements.

A South Dakota man has been fined and sentenced to probation for sending a letter containing animal feces to a local government office.
Jeffrey Dezeeuw pleaded guilty in a Sioux Falls federal court to one count of mailing injurious articles. The 45-year-old man smeared excrement on a traffic citation, a note and cash before sending it to the Minnehaha County Cerk of Courts last July. Dezeeuw faces three years of probation and a $500 fine.

you all are missing two important elements in this thread.

It ain't the dogs!! It is their very inconsiderate, selfish PEOPLE....the owners of the dogs....your neighbors....

Secondly it is some of the others that are not dog owners who profess they can even smell the pee in their grass....

and lastly we are all banging our keyboards about the minority, as usual that tend to get all the attention.

How about the other 98+% that are responsible dog owners.

btk

Its a little late to do this, but why didn't the developer incorporate dog free villages in their master plan? That way if a person didn't want to live next to or around dogs, they would simply buy a house in a dog free village.

You're correct... in Spanish. However, in Italian the Puta would be Puttana and in Portgugese Puta would mean Bi*ch! Either way, bottom line remains the same! :highfive:

p.s. I didn't us Googler!:1rotfl:

TOMCAT 04-28-2012 03:58 PM

I live in Long Island. I do have a dog that I walk on the street and clean up after him. What I do not understand are some other dog walkers who walk their dog on the sidewalk and let them do their business on people's lawns. I seen one lawn that had so much dog crap on it that the owner put a sign on the lawn to tell the dog walkers to clean up after their dogs. I think he was being very nice about it.

Even if they clean it up, there is still residue and urine can burn a lawn also. Why can't they walk the dog on the street or let them go in their own backyards. The Villages looks very clean. I hope the dog problem is not that bad over there.

Sounds like a good idea if I knew it what that meant. Can you please tell me what a CYV stands for?

JSR22 04-29-2012 08:51 AM

Cyv

Court Yard Villa. We are purchasing one because of our dogs. They have an enclosed yard to play and do their business.

Courtyard Villa.

I use the search button a lot, located at the top of the screen in the blue band. You can hit "search" and key in a topic, to read previous threads.

I'm not trying to discourage you from asking questions, not at all. We love questions on TOTV. And we're all happy to answer any questions you have. I'm just telling you about the Search button because I didn't know about it for a while. And I use it a lot, if I want to look at a previous post about a certain topic, or get the name of a cleaning company, or contractor, or pet sitting company, etc. I find it very handy.

mko7152 04-29-2012 11:20 AM

Thanks for the quick responses and the information. Much appreciated. Everyone is just so nice to share information. We can't wait to get there! Just waiting to sell our house!
