I just signed up for AAC and VCCDD notifications. I've been to that website a few dozen times in the past three years and never noticed the option. Usually because I was looking for something specific. Thanks!

Subscribing to those notifications and how to do that......has probably been mentioned on this site 50 times!

Where can the AAC balance sheet be found?

VCDD Amenity Authority Committee - AAC. Look for the budget links.

Fat chance of the Developer gifting it the property was turned over to the VCDD years ago and has moved on.

An important clarification: The "property was not turned over to the VCDD". It was sold by the Developer to the VCDD (which the Developer controlled and still controls). The POA-backed class action law suit, which was settled by the Developer for about $43 million, alleged that the price was inflated.

I tried that. Are you sure that there is such a thing a an "AAC" balance sheet? The AAC is merely a committee of the VCCDD, and I don't believe it owns anything and thus can't have a balance sheet. Could you provide a link to its balance sheet to which you refer? Maybe it is some kind of pro forma.

It's a PDF. On that page, click on "Capital Improvement Plan." You'll get the Recreation Amenity Division budget plan that starts in FY 2018/2019 and ends in 2022/2023.

Under Amenity Authority Committee, the most recent link is the Capital Projects Status Report for FY 2020/2021, adopted in 2019. They haven't kept that up to date.
