No, I cannot afford it.

OpusX1 09-26-2013 01:31 PM

No. No matter the cost.

mickey100 09-26-2013 01:38 PM

Yes, if it was chilled during the summer. Try swimming laps in 90 degree+ water and you'll see what I mean.

kittygilchrist 09-26-2013 01:39 PM

No. The lap pools (sport pools) close at dusk which is a problem, especially during the winter when it's dark at 5pm and the pools are occupied by classes and teams thru 3:00 and sometimes later.

It is often very difficult to get a lap lane. As said in the other thread recently, it would help a lot to use the existing in-pool lights and some deck spotlights shining down into the sport pools, to extend evening hours for lap swimmers.

People who use pools for floating on a foam noodle and conversing with friends, or for soaking when they don't have a bathtub, really don't know what the lap swimming situation is.

All the neighborhood pools close at dusk, too, except one.

No , pools are not open 24/7. Most are dawn to dusk. I swim laps all year long in the sports pools, no need to pay for indoor.

Lbmb24101 09-26-2013 02:32 PM

No
I would not pay extra for an indoor pool.

Yes, I would pay that for the use of an indoor pool.

Didiwinbob 09-26-2013 05:06 PM

Yes

Futurevillager2013 09-26-2013 05:20 PM

No prob wouldn't use it and don't want to pay more

KARENNN 09-26-2013 05:24 PM

YES, I would pay to use one, but not that much...and I would hope it would be close by. I would be interested in paying per visit, maybe $5 each time I went.
