I sympathize with you.

Noise pollution. What possible enjoyment can anyone get from owning a dog that never shuts up? No I'm not a dog hater. What I hate is this:

Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap Yip Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap Yip Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap Yip Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap (Yip Yip Yip Yip Yip Yip Yip) (Yap Yap Yap Yap Yap Yap) Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap Yip Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap Yip Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap Yip Yip Yip Yap Yap Yip Yap Yap Yip and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.

I sympathize with you. We lived in El Cortez Villas and had to move because the woman across the street left her dogs out side for hours barking. No one would do anything about it.

St James is off Buena Vista, NOT Morse

Don't you know how to go in a different direction ?[/QUOTE

Maybe his/her destination wasn't in a different direction.
Guess OP could have laid on the horn to drown out the dog.

It is actually amazing how many parents do let their kids run amock. The kids never learn good behavior.

About 20 years ago while I was shopping in Publix (SE FL) a boy about 7 years old, with his mother was bouncing one of those big plastic bouncy balls. His mother told him to stop. He didn't and she never said another word to him. Then the ball bounced onto the eggs and knocked over a bunch of eggs breaking a lot of them on the floor. It was a mess. A store manager came out to see what happened and the mother just continued on shopping with her son as if nothing happened and never even apologized.

In a different time....in a store with no cameras...no cell phones.....you see where I’m going with this! ;)

I agree. I can't respect ANY owner that allows their dog to keep yapping. It is the fault of the owner, not the dog.

Not sure I am qualified to judge the mental state of either...but it is a basic respect/courtesy issue. No one is asking that a dog not be a dog (ie; barking when someone nears their property, sees another animal etc), but when it goes on without an end in sight....that’s an owner being selfish and ignorant. Plain and simple. There are some that are meant to have kids and animals and some that are not.
