Have had the comcast bundle for 7 years and could not be happier.

we had comcast pulled out of our home after 30 days. the customer service cannot even be called customer service......it s a dis-service. we now have century link and are pleased so far. the only downside is that the quality of HD with Comcast is vastly superior to Century Link. The high definition is awesome, way better than anything else we have ever seen. and Comcast does have their huge (and free) library of 'on demand' offerings.

Brighthouse just dropped (lost?) Showtime, so if you're a Dexter fan, don't go with Brighthouse!

After 3 years of frustration with Comcast TV we switched to Direct TV and are really pleased with their customer service (which Comcast lacked)., We still have Comcast Internet and that is frustrating us, so a switch is coming.

For the last three years we have been snow birds. The first two we had a "vacation disconnect" up north with comcast. Each year I had a problem with either over billing or when I returned home or had extra features and or services on my bill like an extra cable box or showime which I don't get on my bill. Each time I spent at least an hour on the phone getting it resolved.
This year I returned to find my service restored and my first bill with an extra charge for a third HD box (I have two installed). I thought I am not going through an hour on the phone with uncooperative idiots again, so I complained to our publice service commission. I got a call in ten minutes from a Comcast manager who said you not only don't have to pay this bill but I am reducing your monthly bill from $130 a month to $80 a month going forward. I asked how long will that last? He said that's your monthly bill from now on. It's been that price since April.
I really must question, if they can arbitrarily reduce a bill by that much due to a complaint why can't thay make ALL the bills more reasonable??
