Just for the record, I've used Groom twice. Both times they were excellent. And for $40.00 plus tip, you can't beat them.
What is a shame is that one disgruntled guy can write a review and ruin a company's reputation because he got up on the wrong side of the bed one morning!

be prepared, i will never use mco again. 2 parking lots were full, including valet & i was told i had to travel to terminal C, which added 20mins to the chaos. i lost so much time i ended up missing my flight -which i showed up 45mins early for. from now on, it's tampa. even with the extra travel time, the airport is able to handle mass crowds, so i end up less stressed, and having a parking space not miles away.

Have you read the entire thread?? There are far more than just one disgruntled guy who has had a problem with Groome since they took over from Workman.

I don’t think being left stranded at the airport equates to getting up on the wrong side of the bed.

Have used both bus services in past without problem.
Found using rental car one way from Enterprise Lake Sumter a lot less stressful.
No worries for parking, timing etc. and for two passengers, not much more expensive.
