Yesterday, because he knew our kids were coming in town a little later to celebrate Christmas, Jim McLaughlin came by with a tray of cookies. He is good, smart, sweet, thoughtful, and so patient through two new houses with us.

Brian Arango is the rep that took care of us. He truly is exceptional. We wanted to see a model home once again before leaving. Brian postponed an appt he had to accommodate us. He is very personable, soft spoken, knows all about TV. His assistant is his mom, Isabel. Also, very friendly and personable.
Can't wait to go back to TV.

Mike Fink has been great with us. Really looks at the location, orientation. We were scheduled to come down in July to meet with the Design Team, but Mike found us a jewell spec house with everything we wanted and a deep discount too!

He also went the extra mile and brought us up samples to our hometown Louisville KY. And the best thing about him is he is a Louisville Cardinal fan too!!

Nikky Perry did a wonderful job for us

Mike also has done a great job for us. He's got a great combination of gentle people skills, knowledge of TV and its market and a sense of humor. And he's a hockey dad. Can't beat that!

Wow. So many happy buyers and so many awesome reps. We thought we had the best. She was absolutly wonderful, answered all of our questions, listened to our wants and needs, never tried to upsell us, gave us money saving options to consider, was incredibly patient when we wanted to see the same model again or wanted to show our friends and relatives after we placed the order. She met Rick from 48 Hour Blinds and let him in to install our shutters after we went back to Ohio to sell our house.
