Wow. So many happy buyers and so many awesome reps. We thought we had the best. She was absolutly wonderful, answered all of our questions, listened to our wants and needs, never tried to upsell us, gave us money saving options to consider, was incredibly patient when we wanted to see the same model again or wanted to show our friends and relatives after we placed the order. She met Rick from 48 Hour Blinds and let him in to install our shutters after we went back to Ohio to sell our house. She has stayed in touch with us during the building process and last but not least, called us within an hour of unit 178 opening for sale on September 1st so we could get our pick of a lot.
