I wholeheartedly support your intent, but please allow me to make a couple of minor modifications: 1) Maine lobster and, 2) Ipswich (MA) clams.

Agree with the main lobster but I'm a hard shell clam guy.

Let me just tweak that a bit ...:mmmm:
Lobsters and clams from Prince Edward Island.
Scallops from Digby, Nova Scotia.

Or could they be Canadian lobsters and clams that are snowbirding in the U.S. and decide to stay?
Grab some Maine lobster and meet me in PEI, we'll do a taste test.

HEY,HEY,HEY
A BLT is a one thing.
Unless your lobster is holding a clam in each hand and one under his chin, it's not a one thing.

Sorry, I got carried away. I think I only bent the rules a touch.

Thanx -for reminding me lobsters in Hall Harbour,NS--unbelievable & cheap--wolfed down a 3 pounder & had a 11/2 pounder for a pallet freshener

I looked it up in my "Hard to Find Crustacean Recipes" book and it has a name, Clams Casino Royale, so it's back in.

I need to make it to NB and PEI someday, I've distant relatives up there in the potato farming business. Maybe we can meet for that taste test next Summer ;-)

Someone on RoadFood just finished posting about their trip to the Canadian Maritimes.

Pasta!

Porterhouse steak. Can't believe no one else chose steak. Pizza and spaghetti would be good choices if I couldn't have steak.

It's a deal! We can have a "Crispers-type" get together on the beach in Prince Edward Island! :mademyday:

Pizza

I know I could do it. In the past I've already eaten it cold for breakfast, had it for lunch, dinner and snacks.
