There are no words to express my sorrow and sympathy. Anger set in when I thought about the pain of the family and all they will have to go through, I fell asleep crying. I woke this morning, still heavy sorry on my heart but I realized that even though our prayers for Quentin weren't answered the way we wished, even though the miracle we were praying for didn't occur, other miracles will begin to happen. Other families, mothers, fathers, brothers and sister have been praying for a miracle for their loved ones to be saved. Because of Quentin's families selflessness in letting Quentin be an organ donor, others who were lost will be saved. I will never forget Quentin.. he will live in our hearts and memories for all time.

Kindest Regards- Sandy Noll

Just reading all of these posts about this beloved grandson; only now to find that he will live on , not only in the hearts and memories of his wonderful grandpa and family members, but via his organs which will help others to continue their lives on earth.........Quentin was much too young to leave, but apparently he generated so much love and so many prayers.........his short life will be remembered always.

Great post Sandy ! Very uplifting.........even though it is so sad to lose someone so very young at this time of year , especially. My condolences to the family.

Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts, it means more than you can ever know. Your prayers were not in vain, as God just decided he needed a young, strong, handsome, and loving fishing buddy. Q as we have called him from the beginning is a true hero. His decision when he got his drivers license a little over a year ago, was to check the box as an organ donor. He actually showed me the license proudly pointing out the fact he could be a donor. None of us in our worst nightmares could have imagined that would become a reality, but it has, and I am proud to be his "Popeye". He will help about eight other families who are suffering to get blessed relief. He is my hero and my blessed angel. Hug your loved ones a little tighter this week for Q.

Your grandson will always be around you. His spirit will comfort you as will the memories you shared with him.........God bless.

Condolences to you and your wife .......and all of your family.

We have five grandchildren ourselves, one of which is 18, and your journey the past week must have taken you to some pretty high as well as low places.......the beautiful memories will sustain you and yours.

All of us have our children and then our grandchildren for only a short period of borrowed time.........on earth. One never knows when they will be called HOME. Your grandson left a wonderful legacy as an organ donor. Again, God bless you and yours.

Ed,

Kathy and I extend our sympathies to you and your family. I've never met you, but if you're even 1/2 the kind person as you are so friendly in your many posts, you are one great person! Keep the faith...in these difficult times.

In this post, but not sure of much of anything right now. The real reason I am posting is to ask for your most powerful prayers for my seventeen year old grandson. Quentin is a handsome, caring, bright, athletic, funny, polite, and loving person. He is one of our four twin grandsons. On Sunday morning he was found by a friend and had no pulse. First responders arrived and got his heart started and he was rushed to the hospital. Apparently he accidentally overdosed on prescription medication. He has been on life support since then ( this is Tuesday morning), and two brain scans have shown no apparent activity. We have not given up hope, and still believe God will provide a miracle for our beloved Quentin, as he is a strong, athletic teenager. Nothing in my sixty seven years has prepared me for this, but I am trying to stay strong and positive. I post this not expecting or requesting your response, but to ask that if you pray, please, please include Quentin underhill in those prayers. May God bless you all for your prayers.

I am on my iPad and can't figure out how to attach a picture, but you can see several pictures os Quentin on my twin grandson's albums.

Lord your Word says that before a prayer is off our lips you are answering it. I ask you to provide a miracle for Quentin and supernaturally do what only you can do, cause Quentin's brain to be restored completely and for the machine to show activity in the name of Jesus. Provide an angel to watch over him as he recovers and give comfort to the parents, grandparents and all you know and love him. We call on no one else but you. Thank you Lord!
