There is a group ‘Squatter Squad’ who show up with a lease from the owner & LEOs stand aside & let them in.
They then dispose of all items/people inside.
Another of the same group show up for an ‘inspection’ with the owner’s signature & create similar results.

That said, a couple of our 'neighbors' mustve contacted the feelings police so now I'm in the TOTV lock up, the hole more specifically
