You all (excuse me, I'm Southern, that should be ya'll) got me to thinking (and that can be dangerous), that I need to find a lot with 'catestrophic ground collapse' so that in effect it has already been excavated for a basement and build on top of it.
Or, a swimming pool. How low can it go? Can a hole that has 'catestrophic ground collapse' have 'catestrophic ground collapse' again? I'm sure glad I learned the difference between that and 'sink hole'. |
