Chels..:agree: We have a great group of PEEPS! Some of us have been here from it's very inception and all stuck together to make TOTV what it is today..
Tony, Jan, and DK, do a terrific job with their dedication, and perserverence..That will always be appreciated..

We have a lot to be thankful for, lets count our blessings, and move forward!

Donna, as usual, you are so right!!

What a wonderful group of people (peeps) we have, that is why I moved completely across country just to be with them. I have felt such warmth and love by the group of people I have met and enjoyed their company.

We've had great times and wonderful memories (even the one where I almost killed Redwitch with the chocolate cake... (sorry Red!), remember the jammie party? What a great time that was. 30 people showed up with food and drinks and no jammies (oops) but they were dressed... I picked out this house so HB and I could drink lemonade on the lanai and look at the pond and I hope as soon as she gets here we can do just that.....

But like all friendships, we must love one another, be forgiving and respectful of each other, overlook shortcomings or differences of opinions, and continue to DANCE, DANCE, DANCE!!! We are very blessed to have made it this far and be living in the most wonderful place on earth with the most wonderful people on earth.

And we all have TOTV to thank for all this. Without it, we would never have met. I love all my friends on TOTV, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart!!

Kathie you are a beautiful person inside and out. We love and appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts. Always stay as forgiving and loving as you are today, You cant go wrong if you do.

I remember, somewhat, the following quote about friendship. I may not have it exactly correct, but I believe it is close enough:

A friend is someone you pour out all that is in your heart, chaff and grain together, knowing that the gentlest of hands will hold and sift it, keep what is worth keeping and with a breath of kindness blow the rest away.

Apologies if it is misquoted ... the intent is there, though.

I am so glad I found this thread. I so believe and agree with every word!!
A prayer I say everyday is the prayer of St Francis of Assissi. ...make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred,let me sow love... There is alot more to the prayer and I carry it in my wallet.
I am so thankful that I can see. One of the best things about growing older is that I learn to appreciate the important things in life, sight, health, peace of mind, and helping others.

So to all-- I wish you everything that warms your heart and brings you lasting happiness.
Life is too short not to be nice to everybody.
