Costco and "THE DEVELOPER" had a feud some time ago and there will be no COSTCO on Village Property. We almost didn't get the neighborhood WalMart off 466A because THE DEVELOPER works off a % of sales rental model, and WMT does not do % of sales. Cooler head prevailed.

I would imagine Costco would want low cost rent but would think there is a lot of vacant land that would be ideal for them if they wanted to come here.
