I’ve never had an issue. Read the reviews for guidance

Wayfair has a "sister" type site called perigold, which you may find has pricier and a bit more upscale furniture and accessories. Also, consider places from the furniture marts in North Carolina: we've bought from both Furnitureland and Goode;s .. brand names that typically destroy local pricing with better service and exceptional "white glove" delivery.

I have given a lot of thought to N.Carolina for furniture, but never seem to find a site giving all names of dealers. Do you have a recommendation?

When I furnished our 3/2 villa in July 2019 I bought loads of items from Wayfair, including small furniture items. I was pleased with the quality & found them reliable from a delivery point of view.

Nothing bad to say about Wayfair. But, I didn't find them particularly economical compared to other sites and locals. Found Overstock to \be high compared to others. No experience with Amazon for furniture. What little I've bought from Wayfair I've had experiences similar to those posted.

Presume you have looked into Thrift Shops. Centsible Furnishings has quality furniture at good prices. I'd call them upscale. If you don't see what you want ASK. They have a big warehouse in the back and if you sweet talk the manager she'll let you look.

Just google north carolina furniture outlets. I've successfully used goods and furnitureland south.

If you have to do a return, they are very good with their customer service.

Before I buy furniture I inspect the quality of the materials, no wafer board, the quality of all joints and the material used. I make sure it is strong and there is no wiggling
