I think this article in The Sun Times sums up Obama, the current administration,

czars, advisers and supporters attitude:

http://www.suntimes.com/news/huntley...HUNT20.article

My concern is they are not in the majority in this country.....yes they won the election....they are not in the majority....and they are continuing to roll over issues as we have all mentioned at one time or another that are tearing down the very fabric of this country.

I have always thought (maybe hopefully) that regardless of party, sooner or later if the common good is being degraded, eventually a ground swell of we the people (party insensitive) will rise and deal with it.

It seems like the only way to overcome their ability to restate, interpret, paint over, ignore, fabricate, lie to make their point or position is the voting booth. It starts with 2010 and continue to and including the 2012 general election.

I think I have mentioned it in previous posts....this attitude of the Dems is not limited to this forum.....I find it in ANY Dem discussion.

I kike the tag "whiners" it fits so well. As my kids used to tease one another when one or the other was whining......somebody call the wahmbulance for the whinny baby!!!!!!!

The answer is, You are talking to Cologirl

Yoda

I don't think anyone should be making personal comments about Cologirl. As everyone here knows, I don't agree with her on most any issue, but, I've come to respect her as being an educated thinker and sincere in her beliefs. Opinions here should remain to the subject, not the person.

You will need to explain how you say that anyone on here, I know it was not me, said anything to the effect about Hannity, O'Reilly or Beck...PLEASE EXPLAIN WHERE THAT CAME FROM.

This White House has declared war on Fox News....PLEASE explain had the Bush administration taken the same tack with MSNBC ??????

You are speaking of commentators who are NOT REPORTING NEWS...got it...NOT REPORTING NEWS. That is why nobody went after the Olbermans, Maddow's etc. They do not report news.

Now the White House will decide open commentary...if it is opposed to what they say then they come after you. Nice country when that is the rule isnt it ?

The WHITE HOUSE is doing this.....the President of the United States has approved and sanctioned a war on a network..think about that for just a second !

PS....AND I did not mention MSNBC generally I mentioned the commentators by name. And NO PRESIDENT DECLARED WAR ON THEM BECAUSE THEY DIDNT AGREE WITH WHAT THEY SAID. WE NOW HAVE A PRESIDENT WHO WILL OPENLY DECLARE WAR ON YOU IF YOU DONT AGREE !

Bucco never answered cologal's question about he context of Beck and Hannity- never does, only diverts to something personal.

George W. Bush blackballed Helen Thomas, The New York Times (He called them "little ****s" (oops, the mic was on!), The Washington Post and the so-called "mainstream media"- don't hear you crowing about objectivity there.

Their press agent Ari Fleischer is still known for his arrogance in deceiving the mainstream press. Administration officials were routinely present on FOX programs, but not other news programs that might actually require them to give an answer. Condi Rice was famous for her comment on Air Force 1saying about FOX, "I love those guys."

To top it off, FOX was exposed during the Bush administration for pre-interviewing its "friends", that is working out the questions and answers before an on-air interview.

FOX, through the Beckerheads and its other agents is oopenly supporting the ********* movement, so much so that a FOX news director was caught on tape on the September 12th event in DC as whipping up the crowd with her arms - like, come on make some noise.

Richard Nixon & Spiro Agnew mercilessly attacked the press when coverage was not favorable

So please, Bucco, don't insult our intelligence by feigning "outrage" that the Obama Administration won't put lipstick on the pig.

It boils down to this:

All administrations try to get their messsage out as positively and/or as unfilitered as possible.

FOX noise does not try to report the news, it "comments" from a right-wing perspective on the news, and tries to call it news.

Did you catch Glen Beck the other night with a lengthy "expose" of how "Hollywood" was going Maoist by planning a week of show themes emphasizing- OH MY GOD- Volunteerism!! He whined on interminably about how encouraging volunteering was akin to Obama being chairman Mao, and how its all a conspiracy to get the ********** into secret detention camps.

Bucco your paranoia and hate blind you to anything and everything that isn't conspiracy or teabag worthy. Let's go from there &things will stay much clearer for everyone.

YOU SPEAK 21 LINES OF HATE AND FINISH IT OFF BY SAYING BUCCO is full of hate.

How can you justify such conduct?

You are so out of whack that I think it may be impossible for you to see clearly !

I DO NOT DEFEND HANNITY, OREILLY OR ANY COMMENTATORS IN ANY WAY !

I ALSO DO NOT CRITICISE OLBERMAN, MADDOW AND THOSE ON THE OTHER NETWORKS THAT SPEW THE LEFT WING DOCTRINE IN THE SAME MANNER.

THOSE ARE NOT ISSUES IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.

THE ISSUE IS THIS....

A SITTING PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES HAS DECLARED WAR ON A NETWORK !!! I would find that non acceptable if he attacked any network, website, newspaper, radio/tv station or any agency of any kind.

The issue is that...simple......again....A SITTING PRESIDENT HAS OPENLY DECLARED WAR ON A NETWORK.

Now if that does not bother you, you are for sure lost ! It has nothing to do with what is broadcast on that network or what that network says !

I suspect that we have a better chance of getting an honest statement from Mother Teresa than anyone in this administration.

Quite frankly, given the way they ran their "hospitals", I'm cannot find much sorrow in my heart now for the fact that she is no longer with us.

When her organization was forced to open it's books because of new laws in France, they packed up and left.

The conditions of their "hospitals"? Yeah, they advertise "care" for the sick and sufferring - when Mother Theresa's own words spoke of how she encouraged sufferring because it brought people "closer to Jesus and the sufferring he did for us".

They actually BANNED families from visiting sick relatives.

I wish I had a more polite way to put things. From what I've seen, it's another corrupt organization hiding behind religion. It may not have started out that way - I would't know, I wasn't there. But I know what I've read over the past several years.
