What are the hate mongers going to do when this independent investigator finds that there was no collusion by the Trump campaign team?
That's been the result of every other investigation. What are they going to complain about when the president is found to be not guilty of any of these phony allegations? I'm sure that their hate will drive them to find something else to complain about. It's really a shame that this nonsense is slowing the progress that this country is making. But it doesn't matter. The president will press on and his agenda will get done. |

The President CAN divulge to anyone pretty much anything he wants...Google it. I WROTE classified, war plans, sourced real world taskings with personnel and equipment...THAT is why I KNOW what you hear/see on the "news" is almost ALL propaganda...the military does NOT tell the world what it is doing. |

"What are they going to complain about when the president is found to be not guilty of any of these phony allegations?" Better yet, what are they going to complain about if it turns out that Hillary's campaign team (or some member or members) were the ones doing the "colluding". |

If the media is so concerned, why do they feel the need to blab to the whole world? Yes, we do have and need free press, so don't even start. I just think that it would be great IF THEY would take as much responsibility for our security as they do for being FIRST to "break" news. It seems that it really doesn't matter to them if anything harmful comes from it. Heck, that would just mean another "first". |

Yes, the President can pretty much do what he wants, with whom he wants when he wants. Nobody denies that, nor has ever. You are searching for a defense of a crime that never happened. I speak of NORMAL ACCEPTED protocol, which this President in this case abandoned recklessly and with great peril to many people. Protocol, which normal Presidents follow is to meet with national security to decide what to share of what they have. The participants in whatever meeting is to take place are then completely vetted. Keep in mind, one participant manages the Russian spy network, and remember US press was shut out at request of Putin. After that exhaustive procedure, weight must be given and care taken to never reveal the source to anyone...in some cases outside the FiveEyes but certainly care in sharing. Then, you add the care taken to notify, especially outside the FiveEyes, the country from which you got the info. In addition, I would think an enemy like Russia would be on the DND list thus whatever we share with them we do so with the utmost of care and restraint. I never referred to the military, only what is supposed to happen when sharing between countries. You can shape this any way you want, it was a VERY VERY serious breach of protocol...it was VERY reckless and not something I recall ever being done in this manner. I understand the source was Israel, not a FiveEyes country but a close and trusted ally. To share info with a common enemy for no reason, and with noconsultation is simply terrifying, and then to add to the information, reveal the source and town of origin is absolutely stunning. I am well aware that many times the military disguises information. I can recall vividly the "first" Mid East crisis..I think in 1958, and I was aware of things that would happen, visiting my parents on a weekend and listening to my Dad complain of lack of action by the US. On Monday morning as the sun came up, the entire 6th fleet was sitting in the gulf as a show of power and support for Israel. That, to your point, took planning and was guarded from the press totally, along with many who were actually on the ships. Called my Dad Monday evening and I recall him saying how happy he was about it, but I allowed him to spend the weekend worrying. You are speaking of something totally and completely divorced from the reckless behavior of Trump. |
Over the last one hundred plus days, as scandal after scandal broke, this forum, and Trumps tweets have chosen to blame the media, the democrats, all liberals, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama for all his woes.
I have been steadfast in telling you, ALL OF THIS lies at QHIS feet, and nobody else. He has been a crook and liar all his life, HOWEVER those actions only imperiled him or his company and nobody else. Making up fake names, accusing people of crimes were, in that world, simply "odd" behavior. Now, he is affecting our country....this morning again, after a professional and adult response to a special prosecutor he is at it again. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED.... "The appointment of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III to investigate possible Trump campaign collusion with Russian meddling in the election puts the Trump presidency in substantially greater peril than it was in only 24 hours ago. But, remarkably enough, this did not even have to happen at all — it only happened because the unhinged behavior of President Trump himself made it happen. Yet it’s not clear that Trump’s less-than-vise-like grip on reality permits him to even grasp this. Trump unleashed two tweets Thursday morning responding to the news of the appointment, which was made by Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein after days of deafening criticism. Trump claimed: “With all of the illegal acts that took place in the Clinton campaign & Obama Administration, there was never a special councel [sic, or perhaps more appropriately, sick] appointed!” He then added: “This is the single greatest witch hunt of a politician in American history!” But, despite Trump’s suggestion that he is being victimized by a witch hunt, and that a more adept PR strategy could minimize the damage, this is a situation entirely of Trump’s own making. And each of Trump’s actions leading up to this moment are rooted deep in Trump’s autocratic and authoritarian impulses; his total contempt for basic institutional processes; and his tendency, when his sense of grievance strikes, to slip into a delusional belief that he can overwhelm the institutional independence of his persecutors the way he might steamroll someone in a business deal." If you think Sessions had anything to do with appointing Mueller, then you have just outed yourself as one of the least read/knowledgeable Trump Cultists here...and THAT is quite the accomplishment. :ohdear: PS. Go look at the plethora of articles on who actually made the decision to appoint a Special Counsel, come back and apologize...then you won't look so ignorant. ;) Deepest Sincere Wishes:  |

I would rather be considered ignorant and not as an ass, such as yourself. I have no idea why you feel the need to constantly berate others who are not quite so informed as yourself, dare to voice an opinion that differs from yours, or do not take into account your superiority. You could not follow me around on any given day, so perhaps that is why I am not so "well informed as you" and appear "ignorant". I do not have the luxury of staying glued to the TV all day or reading all the political articles. I think any of my husband's doctors, our children, friends, or other members of our family would correct you in a heartbeat as to my "ignorance". You have a good day. I have work to do. :beer3: |

You post your opinions off of the top of your head, blindly support Trump...and denigrate those to the left of you. Your ignorance is born of laziness. I certainly don't spend all day watching TV or reading political articles, as it only takes an hour or so...to catch up on the facts. Yours, and so many others on the rights, problem is that you don't care about facts...and will post your opinion anyway. I'll bet that's because all you read/listen to...is the Happy Paper and Faux News. :ohdear: But hey, all is not lost, because at least I know to pretty much just laugh at any of your political observations from here on out...so thanks for that. Deepest Sincere Wishes:  |
