not unless he was convicted

The LEGAL definition provided does not require the the requirement of a conviction. However, to meet YOUR definition of a felon, a conviction is required. I think I continue to use the legal definition of a felon rather than yours.

So, If I rape your wife and daughter and for lack of evidence, I am never convicted, then by your logic (not legal definition) I am not a rapist? I must say, it is an interesting world in which you live.

He probably doesn't have a wife and daughter, so that's probably not a good example. There isn't enough room under his rock for the three of them.

If you did it, you are...but I can't call you one, or you'll sue me. Same with Hillary, she may be a felon, guilty of a felonious crime, but they can't call her one until she's convicted, just like I can't call you a rapist until you're convicted. I know these abstract concepts are tough, stick with it.

Boy, that's the pot calling the kettle black...you're thinking might be the majority now, but it's no solution and in the end will destroy a once mighty nation.

Why in the world would you limit it to words starting with "b?"
antisemite
xenophobe
self-aggrandized
bigot ( a "b")
serial husband
chauvinist (the real one in addition to MCP)
misogynist
two-faced
pathological liar
shock jock (with not a fact in sight)
fraud (think Chump U)
childish name caller
did I say pathological liar?
back-stabber (another "b"; think Lewandowski et al.)
nationalist
sexist
fanatic
maniac
extremist
rabble-rouser
autocrat
tyrant

I could go on, bu I have plans today.

Horrible example. You should be ashamed.

The discussion was never about "calling" someone a felon. The discussion is about whether someone who has committed a felony is by legal definition a felon. At least we agree that someone who commits a felony (convicted or not) is in fact a felon. Just as you stated someone who has committed rape is a rapist (convicted or not). At least we finally agree on something. I know these abstract concepts are tough, stick with it.

That's not it. Someone said the Clintons were felons. I said they are not felons unless they were convicted.
The live in New York. Have they ever not been allowed to vote? If the answer is no, then they never were felons in the eyes of the law. What's in your eyes is you business.

So, by your definition what is the difference, if any, between a felon and a convicted felon?

Guest 07-04-2016 12:10 PM

The evidence on the face of it is stronger against Hillary Clinton separately for each of the following Benghazi, her personal e-mail server abuses and Clinton Charitable Foundation then for OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony.

It is deeply troubling then that the consensus is that Hillary Clinton will walk and may even get elected. She will because Obama and company are circling the wagons to defend her and because the main street media has continued to spin their liberal elitist propaganda in her favor. Nixon should have been so lucky

Washington and the main street media have become so corrupt that this felon will walk and the electorate so use to this corruption that they view it as normal. What a sick society we have become.

Personal Best Regards:

Yes, I do
I have a few "C" words to describe Hilary:

corrupt
cheater
convict (future)
charlatan
clown
contemptuous
cackler
and of course, the unmentionable 4 letter "C" word

I don't define words. It would be meaningless.

Very well. You claimed in an earlier post that the Clintons are not felons because they were not denied the right to vote in New York state. The bold highlighted part of your statement is true and I do not dispute that.

The reason that they were not denied the the right to vote in New York is because they were never convicted of a felony, they are not convicted felons. Not because they are not felons, as in not having committed a felony. The Clintons are felons, however, they are not convicted felons. That is the difference.

You're STILL not getting it...I'll type slower for you.

You ADMITTED you raped, so you ARE a felon by your own admission. Hillary has NOT admitted to any wrong doing, so, she is NOT a felon until someone can convince a judge she is. OR, as you, she admits she's a felon. I don't KNOW what she did or didn't do, all I "know" is what a corrupt "news" industry has decided I should be told.

That wasn't even a fine point to not get. Are you tired? Need a rest?

We'll come back to this tomorrow when you can get a fresh start...
