I don't get it. Isn't this supposed to be the Political section?

This is very political. Look at the start of my American Association of Law Libraries thread. I wrote all the US Governors, all the US Senators, half of the US Representatives, the US Supreme Court members, and many other in 1991 about the problems I was having being honest about personal connections to series of cases in Nevada that involve a suspected serial killer while I was looking for work AFTER I had earned my fourth degree and had an involvement on maybe 40 cases in the legal clinic Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners at Minnesota Correctional Facility-- Stillwater. As well as some other MN prisons. This showed I could be objective and work within the system. But when I wanted to be honest about problems I had seen in the accessibility of practical information for survivors/victims of crimes based on my experiences with the Michelle Mitchell 2-24-1976 murder (my birthday) I was blacklisted by a group of Law Librarians probably connected to the then Law Librarian of Congress. Denied the ability to use those four degrees for the career I had trained for years for.

This would make a good movie IMHO but would be hard to get it past the various censors who would want to make sure that the story does not get even more exposure. It is very political though.

What's political about it? It seems only to be a thread dedicated solely to one person's decades of unrequited recognition. It has nothing to do with current events. Isn't that the point of this forum?

Are you clueless? I am pointing to movies, TV shows, books, ads, and the like that have the 224 613 numbers in them RIGHT NOW. Deadpool, Suicide Squad, Hitman's Bodyguard, Wonder Woman, The Shallows, the Dark Tower and hundreds if not thousands of others going back to at least 1995's Dustin Hoffman's Outbreak.

This was from an actress/lawyer from Paris, France. She kicks butt. Hope not mine for posting this.

Hope sure looks at my Law Library thread and other places here on Talk of the Villages. I expect she knows about my 224 613 Project as do many I have contacted since 2002 or so via Findlaw, e-mails and snail mail letters.

This is my 224 613 Project but it involves hundreds of thousands of people including some in the Villages. Not that many though as I suppose they would mostly be in many other states, towns, cities, and even countries.

The Project did not come to existence until late 1992 but I had talked about the niche in information for victims/survivors of crimes from February 1976 onward with some people.

Very cool movie Gold filmed partly in Reno, Nevada for some reason even though the actual story took place in the boondocks of Canada and other places. Gold Movie vs. the True Story of the Bre-X Gold Mining Scandal

I could not check the movie Gold for details as I was donating platelets and had my arms stuck with donation needles.

I'm sorry I asked. I'll move on to a more interesting topic. Sorry if I wasn't interested in whatever this is. Confusion, I guess. I did not expect such a nasty and hostile attack for just asking a question.

There is a huge amount of work put into this as well. Most of it done out of love and not self interest.

Tal, I can only assume that when you questioned a poster with "Are you clueless?", that you didn't realize it could come off as nasty and hostile, but I must say it took me aback as well. That is not normally how you typically respond to someone asking you questions.......maybe you were agitated about something else at the time?

Did not mean to come of as nasty nor hostile. Maybe a little suspicious of the motives of some of these posters especially the ones who have little history on TOTV on any Forum. Someone who has a couple dozen posts for instance and has been on here for a few weeks and jumps on someone with "Questions". I have been on TOTV's Forums more than ten years.

That's what I was wondering because it didn't seem like you, but I get your point. Hopefully it was genuine though and not what you suspected. Have a good day!

How did you know who posted that response? You called him "Tal?"

Maybe I mistook his atitude? Yep, I am new to this really neat website. It has a lot of information and I have been learning a lot about life down there. I go to settlement for my new home, next month and am pretty excited. Sorry if I jumped right in here. I did not know that you all knew each other.

Us old timers are familiar with each others posts and some do know one another. if you push Quote Post and scroll down you can see the identity of the last ten posters. And if a person is on your Ignore List you can see that he or she posted something but have to elect to push "View Post" to see it. And this applies to the whole thread on the Political Forum.

Taltarzac725 is a wackjob that never worked a day in his life. Leached off his parents to this day. Watches movies all day, both in theaters, often with young children, and on home dvds.

He has an extensive collection of junk, including every ticket stub to every movie he ever went to.

His greatest achievement is donating blood and plasma in order to earn gift cards.

In a 25,000 post count, which he hopes to add to in order to be the number one poster, he has never made a productive post related to home improvements etc.

Someone beat me to explaining how we have learned one another's posting names. Most of us do not know each other personally, only from being on this forum for some time. Let me just say "welcome" to you. Always good to have fresh, new voices, and no apology necessary.

Best wishes on your new home. You will love it in The Villages but be warned that this forum can get a little crazy. I have found most people who live in TV to be good, decent, caring people, but this forum may seem otherwise at times. Again, :welcome: and continue to feel free to jump right in.

There are some incredibly nasty people on here. Just on the Political Forum do they reveal the bullying and stalking side of themselves. They would be kicked off of Talk of the Villages' Regular Forum if they did the same contemptible things on the Regular Forum as they do on the Political Forum. I am extremely disappointed that they are still even allowed to post anywhere on Talk of the Villages.

Getting some more views of this thread but still have to deal with the stalkers/bullies/harassers who have dogged my heals for six months or so on here.

I see that the harassment continues on many other threads just from the Titles. Sad state of affairs when cyber bullies and stalkers get away with this with little or no consequences.

I do not bother to view any of these threads nor these posts on these threads but still they keep up with the personal attacks. Such hate.

Why are you afraid to tell the truth? No one cares if you read them or not. It is you that makes all the stupid comments and whines like a child. You just can't help but read each post to see what they said about you. You crave that constant attention you get on here. No big deal. It's OK if you peek at the comments. But, no one believes you when you try to make claims that anyone is on your ignore list. It just isn't true and everyone knows it. By denying it, you just make yourself look small. Man up and claim it. Quit being a girly boy and stand up to it, like a man.

Heartbreaking watching the violence done by this wealthy man in Las Vegas. He actions looked extremely well planned out probably over years. There will be so many triggers for survivors who will remember this horror. One way to get over them is to face them head on like with all my Happy Birthdays to myself. Still I rarely sing Happy Birthday to anyone. The first time I did so was in July 2017 for a nephew turning 15.

Reno and Las Vegas play a big part in my 224 613 Project by the way. That is just how it worked out over a decade of trial-and-error from 1991 onward.
