If you will notice in the article Leo Gerald shows his source as the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, a non-profit organization that specializes in health policy. The facts remain and need to be published. The MSM has a hard time getting the truth out. The Republicans can't handle the truth. They can try to spin, lie and discredit anything or anyone who disagrees with them.

JJ...for the sake of not upsetting anyone...it might be better to just cut and pasted the link of the artcle. That way there is no questioning of your ethics...

If McCain and Palin get in, we will be at war with Iran, Pakistan, Russia and China. The Neoconservatives will be pulling their strings just like they did with Bush. The Neoconservatives believe we most hold our spot as the top superpower in the world. To do this we must destroy all challengers. This is how we justify the preemptive strike doctrine. What I don't understand is why so many people are willing to run, hide, quit, surrender, capitulate or whater you want to call it, rather than show a little bit of backbone to those who target the US? Didn't anyone learn anything from the "statesmanship" of Neville Chanberlain and Herbert Hoover?

For all who disapprove of Blackwater and companies like it, the alternative is a DRAFT. What you probably think you know about Blackwater has been courtesy of a few headlines - and of course the headlines are always perfectly accurate and tell the whole story.....

For all who disapprove of military contractors in general, the alternative is keeping at taxpayer money a standing arsenal of military support systems - and that cost would be astronomical.

Anyone who believes that China, Russia, Iran and Pakistan are our buddies has never read a history book, followed their policies, or smoking something not packaged by Reynolds Industries.

War sucks, but servitude is worse, and the latter comes when you are too timid to be ready for the former. The alternative is to be the "forever conquered."
