The 7 countries named in Trumps travel ban are the same countries Obama defined as having a high risk of acts of terrorism.

a president has the constitutional right here. Carter did it with Iran. FDr not only banned travel he placed Germans, Italians and japanese in internment camps

This issue is about Trump and its about the fact that progressives lost.

Trump will prevail at the Supreme Court, and if by chance the supreme court justice also get political then they place all citizens at risk by denying a president to act based on intelligence received with those who would harm us.

Progressives are playing a really stupid by dangerous game

Personal Best Regards;

The 7 countries were identified as countries that Americans should not VISIT. Those countries have no attacks in approx 40 years. It also contradicts as it avoids naming countries that actually have a history of attacks.

Previous administrations (Iran holding Americans prisoner, and attack on Pear Harbor) were quite different.

No ban you mentioned, had a religious reference.

They current ban was poorly constructed by an incompetent staff to meet any constitutional test.

President might win eventually, and I hope he does. He has lots of support from those "evil" progressives if he does it correctly.

Yep.

In just a few weeks, Trump has shown to be a POTUS whose motto is... 'ready, fire, aim.'

I would have somebody who take actions than the permissive, don't rock the boat, the other guy is always right and never confront where there could be any reaction like we have had for the past 8 years.

The media, Trumps opposition and especially Trumps resistors are of course reporting by exception or not those actions that are favorable to all Americans.

The dems and those who are opposed to change for the bettermetn of America should form a new party call...resistolists.

Creating chaos/anarchy, for chaos'/anarchism sake...is just plain ignorant.

Not doing things 'the same way' is one thing, but simply shooting from the hip before giving intellectual thought to the consequences (intended AND unintended)...is the mark of someone who is clueless or doesn't care about America.

Which defines Steve Bannon, who has way too much power and is actually the behind-the-scene architect of most of these ill-conceived directives and who has stated many times...he loves 'blowing things up' (metaphorically speaking of course).

1. The President did not have to mention any religion...he did.

Cannot accept the thing about making us safe

Hey CAN mention religion. A person would be foolish to overlook a religion that is associated with terrorism.

Of course you can't accept his desire to make us safe...ever since you heard about him talking about grabbing pussy = you have been enraged...

Yes we are in REAL REAL terrible danger Will Robinson OH PLEASE! If there was such a big danger when asked what the new danger was the arguing AG left crickets in the air. NO ANSWER, he lost the case, the orange baboon should have waited until his NEW LAW AND ORDER RACIST AG was sworn in to argue the merits of the case. He was greedy left Sessions in as a Senator to get DeVo nominated, now he could loose big time HA HA!!!!!!!! IF we are in REAL REAL danger Will Robinson, pull back your ban and start again instead of dragging it out for months!!!!!!

Seems he has plenty of time to rag on Nordstroms about Ivanka's line which by the way is made in China!!!!! I wouldn't buy it either.

KellyAnne runs QVC from the press room for Ivanka the rules don't apply to them, maybe you guys should just go ahead and drink the cool aide now and don't wait because we are in DANGER, I think the danger is coming is coming from Russia and what they have on the baboon!

If Flynn did talk to a Russian official 2 times before the baboon took office and told them don't worry about the sanctions ,Flynn was just a citizen meddling in US foreign affairs about sanction brought forth by the administration in power. Pence THEN went on an explanation tour saying it wasn't so Flynn only set up meetings, now we're not so sure. Flynn is saying he can't remember if he talked about the sanctions, these calls were picked up on tape!!!!! SEEMS to me this is TREASON at the time he was a nobody!!!!!!!! Of course not according to THEM ( one president at a time did not apply )

DO THE RULES APPLY TO THIS ADMINISTRATION???????

Mucho subjective speculation.....almost biased.....nah, it is biased (like most of us).

Betterment of America. Trump's ban have made the world far more dangerous for Americans than it was before he did this incredibly stupid act. ISIS is rejoicing to have such an idiotic leader in Trump as he is their best recruiting tool.

The ninth circuit is the most overturned court in the country. They will be over turned by the SJC as soon as the administration can get it to them.

The ninth circuit entire argument was based on the fact that green card holders and other permanent resident's are included in the ban. What the president should do is write another executive order excluding those people and the court will have no objection.

The TRO is only for ninety days. The SJC should be able to hear the case and overturn this ridiculous decision by then.

You forgot to mention the hero of the left, President Obama also had a moratorium on immigration from Iraq.

Am I missing something ? There are people in this world who would cut off your head because you do not share their religion. They would forcibly convert your wives to their religion and enslave them in a culture that existed in the 13th century. Your children and grandchildren would also be forced to go along, or be killed. No, I am not anti Islam, but some its adherents, a very tiny minority, would by choice do these things to you and yours. To achieve their goals, they are perfectly and happily willing to also kill you and yours by any means possible.

Is it not a smart idea to do whatever is deemed necessary to keep these jackasses out of the United States ? Should not we be working on whatever methods which might accomplish this, however imperfect, without respect to who authors them ? Can we at least agree denying them entrance to our great nation is a goal we can all agree upon ? Can we also not agree, half measures are better then doing nothing at all ?

For those that think non-citizens far off our shores enjoy the same rights as U.S. citizens under our Constitution, I really be terribly surprised that was what its drafters had in mind.

None of the countries he had put bans on have had any terrorists coming from the United States.

Of course we need some kind of actions to keep terrorists out of this country but not a policy so stupid that it creates more terrorists who we will have to plan for in the future. Trump just gave ISIS the perfect recruiting tool to get people into their fold from pretty much any country as well as any US State. Thank God we have some Judges who are willing to stand up to this moronic President.

Really? Keeping them out makes us less safe? You mean the same way an open border with Canada and Mexico keeps us safe? If "terrorists" want in...they'll get in. Tons and TONS of "contraband" is smuggled in each year. There are over 11 million illegals who get here EACH year.

You are being deliberately kept frightened. So they can borrow and give it to their "political contributors".

Why aren't you anti-Islam? Because that is what Islam does. The REAL Islam...not the "Muslim in name only" Muslims that you may know. They're like "Catholics" or "Jews" who don't follow the rules.

NO...the MAJORITY of "real" Muslims would do this to you. It's what they're taught.

Kick them out...and the illegal Hispanic invaders too...before it's too late.

Thank God...we're not exporting terrorism! /s

So...we should STOP bombing their homes so they don't HAVE a reason to BE a terrorist OR a refugee? How about that solution?

OR...If you want to win a "war", you kill EVERYONE, or all you do if leave behind a resistance force to fight you forever.

"Natural or induced leftist hallucinations."

So, Bill Kristol is a leftist?

He is saying what is true, not trumpster trash.
